开孔位置对腔体屏蔽特性影响的数值模拟研究

【摘要】 屏蔽腔体是一种广泛采用的电磁屏蔽措施,然而由于散热等需求,屏蔽腔上会存在一些开孔。在电磁干扰源的作用下,开孔导致的电磁泄漏将对腔体的屏蔽效能造成影响。腔体的屏蔽效能与腔体结构有很大关系,对于结构设计,开孔位置又是一个很重要的方面。以带开孔的金属矩形腔体为研究对象,使用传输线矩阵法(TLM)详细研究了开孔位置,以及腔体谐振频率,对腔体屏蔽效能的影响。分析了仿真屏蔽效能曲线,得到了一些腔体屏蔽效能与开孔位置和谐振频率的关系,为屏蔽腔体的开孔设计提供了一些参考。

【Abstract】 Cavities are widely used for electromagnetic shielding; however,apertures are presented in practical enclosures for heat dissipation purpose,etc. The electromagnetic leakage of aperture under the source of electromagnetic interference has an effect on the shielding effectiveness of the enclosure. There is a strong relation between shielding effectiveness and the cavity structure; further,the aperture position is an important aspect of the structure design. Using the transmission-line Matrix method(TLM),the effect of aperture positions,including the cavity resonance frequency,on shielding effectiveness is investigated by a cuboidal metallic cavity with an aperture. The curves of shielding effectiveness are analyzed,and some conclusions about the relations between the shielding effectiveness and aperture positions and cavity resonance frequency are got,giving some reference for the design of cavity apertures.
