逆向FTF法在地铁车门故障分析中的应用

【摘要】 车门系统作为地铁列车关键子系统之一,其工作可靠性关系到地铁公司维修决策的制定与乘客的人身安全。在整合故障模式、影响及危害性分析和故障树分析两种方法的基础上,提出了一种用于地铁车门系统可靠性分析的逆向FTF(FTA-FMECA)方法。首先选取车门系统的一个常见故障作为顶事件进行FTA定性分析,然后利用历史故障数据和危害性矩阵图对得到的故障底事件进行FMECA定量分析,从而确定了导致车门失效的关键故障模式,为车门系统的后续改进及可靠性的提高提供了参考和技术支持。

【Abstract】 Door system is a key subsystem of metro train,and its reliability is related to maintenance policy of MTRC and safety of passengers.On the basis of integrating failure mode,effect and criticality(FMECA)and fault tree analysis(FTA) two methods of reliability analysis,the reverse FTF method is proposed for the metro door reliability analysis.Firstly,a common fault of door system was chosen as the top event for qualitative analysis of FTA,and then FMECA quantitative analysis was conducted on the failure bottom events by utilizing the historical data and criticality matrix diagram,finally the failure modes which had a great damage on door system were discovered.The result can provide reference and technical support for designing door system and improving its reliability.
