大吨位挤压机箱梁安全性的非线性数值模拟
Nonlinear Numerical Simulation Analysis about Safety of Large-Tonnage Extrusion Machine
【摘要】 大型挤压机因其结构复杂,很难利用传统方法对其受力情况进行详细分析,容易产生安全隐患。采用workbench对大型挤压机的主要受力部件--箱梁进行静力学数值模拟分析,首先对大型板材的受力进行理论计算和数值模拟,以此确定合适的网格类型及网格尺寸等关键模拟参数。接着以这些参数为基础,加入材料和结构的非线性因素,对箱梁进行数值模拟,计算出在3500吨压力下箱梁各部分的位移及应力分布情况,最后根据计算结果对箱梁的结构提出改进方案。数值模拟对大型挤压机的设计具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 It is difficult to use the traditional method to analyze stress condition of a large extruder,which is easy to produce hidden safe trouble. It uses workbench to analyze static of large extrusion machine’s main stress component-- box girder. Firstly,stress condition of large-scale plate is calculated by theoretical formula and numerical simulation software,so the key parameters such as grid type and grid size can be determined,then based on these parameters,considering the nonlinear factors of materials and structures,the distribution of displacement and stress of each part under 3500 tons of pressure can be gotten. Finally,according to the results,improvement scheme of box girder’s structure can be put forward. Numerical simulation has certain guiding significance to the design of large extrusion machine.
