基于FIR带通滤波汽车平顺性分析

【摘要】 目前国标规定的汽车平顺性评价中心频率较低,而常用处理软件对低频数据处理不够理想,平顺性测试专用设备又十分昂贵。针对这种现状,基于有限长单位冲激响应(Finite Impulse Response)滤波器理论,建立了MATLAB的FIR数字带通滤波器,从理论上消除了滤波时相位失真对频谱分析结果的影响。在此基础上,利用降采样方法对信号进行处理,避免了滤波器响应曲线不理想的情况,并将FIR数字带通滤波器应用于汽车平顺性加速度均方根值的计算。结果表明:设计的软件系统仿真结果与PROSIG的实测结果基本吻合,能够实现对汽车平顺性的有效评价。

【Abstract】 At present,the center frequency of evaluating vehicle ride comfort stipulated by national standards is low. The process of low frequency data conducted by common software is not ideal,while the special equipment of testing ride comfort is very expensive. To solve these problems,based on the FIR(Finite Impulse Response)filter theory,the digit filter of band- pass is established in the form of MATLAB,which theoretically eliminate the effect of spectrum analysis caused by phase distortion. On this basis,it uses down-sampling method to process the signal,avoiding the situation that the filter response curve is not ideal. And the digital filter of band-pass can be applied to calculating the acceleration root of vehicle ride comfort. As indicated,the simulation result of designing software system is consistent with the measured value of PROSIG,which can achieve the goal of evaluating vehicle ride comfort effectively.
