重型卡车转向器支架结构优化设计
Heavy Truck Steering Bracket Structure Optimization Design
【摘要】 针对某转向器支架装车实验时发生的破坏失效情况,分析了其处于极限位置的受力情况;应用有限元静力学分析技术及ANSYS Workbench软件,得出其极限工况时的应力、变形结果;根据分析结果,将尺寸优化、形状优化和拓扑优化技术有机结合,以减小危险位置最大应力、增强结构稳定性和减轻支架质量为目的,对转向器支架进行了优化设计;企业试制实验结果表明,优化后的转向器支架应力、变形情况较原模型有很大改善,并且达到了轻量化的优化目标。
【Abstract】 Based on the failure situations of the steering gear bracket in loading experiment,stress conditions were analyzed when bracket was in limit positions. Finite element statics analysis techniques and ANSYS Workbench were applied for getting the results of stress and deformation during extreme working conditions. According to the analysis results,combined with the techniques of size optimization,shape optimization and topology optimization,aiming at reducing the maximum stress of dangerous position,the quality of bracket and enhancing structural stability,the steering gear bracket was optimized. The experimental results provided by company demonstrated that the stress a nd deformation situation were improved compared with original model and the optimized object of lightweight was achieved.
