起重机智能快速设计系统的开发
Development of Intelligent and Rapid Design System for the Crane
【摘要】 通过对起重机结构特点和设计过程的分析研究,将智能优化设计技术、计算机技术、模块化参数化等技术方法引入到起重机的设计过程中,实现了起重机的智能快速设计。以系列桥式起重机为例,开发了基于知识库和智能优化设计方法的起重机快速设计系统,该系统实现了桥式起重机的快速智能设计,提高了设计资源的利用率,降低了设计成本,对桥式起重机的发展具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Through the analysis and the study of the crane structure characteristics and design process,technology methods such as the technologies of intelligent optimization design, computer, modularization parametric were introduced into the crane design process,the rapid and intelligent design of crane is implemented. Taking the bridge crane as a series products example,crane rapid design system was developed based on the knowledge base and intelligent optimization design method. The system can realize the bridge crane rapid and intelligent design,increase the efficiency of design resource,and reduce the design cost. Therefore it is of great significance to the development of bridge crane.
