一种新型双导程滚动螺旋机构的研究及应用

【摘要】 提出了一种双导程滚动螺旋减速机构的新理论,推导了机构的减速比和传动效率方程,经过运动学的分析和计算,证明该机构具有减速比大、传动效率高等特点,这种新型滚动螺旋减速机构已在客车内摆门电动启闭装置中使用,该机构在机械、食品、制药等行业有着广泛的应用前景。

【Abstract】 A new theory of rolling screw retarding mechanism with dual lead is proposed,and the reduction ratio equation and the transmission efficiency equation of the mechanism are derived. Kinematical analysis and computation has proved that the mechanism has a large reduction ratio and high transmission efficiency. The new dual lead rolling screw mechanism has been already applied to door operator of bus,and also has a broad application prospect in machinery,food,pharmacy and many other fields.
