锻造操作机夹持机构优化设计

【摘要】 锻造操作机的发展水平是影响重大装备制造业发展的一个重要因素。而夹钳机构作为锻造操作机的重要组成部分,它设计的好坏直接影响到整个锻造操作机的使用性能。针对锻造操作机的夹钳机构进行研究,进行了夹持机构的钳口设计以及运动学和静力学分析,考虑传动角和结构设计等约束条件,以更优的力传递效率为目标,通过遗传算法对夹钳机构进行优化设计。设计结果表明,优化后的夹钳机构在满足性能需求的同时,力的传递效率显著提升,同时结构更加紧凑。

【Abstract】 The forging manipulator’s developing level is a significant factor that affects the development of the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. And as an important component,the design of the gripper mechanism directly influences the entire manipulator properties. The manipulator gripper is studied in this research based on the existing proto. The jaw of the gripper was designed,the kinematics and statics model were analyzed. Taking the transmission angle and the structure design as the constrains,optimization design was made for a higher force transmission efficiency by using genetic algorithm,The optimized design could not only satisfy the performance requirements,but also improve the transmission efficient and make the structure much more compact.
