多级随机载荷作用下机械零件动态疲劳可靠性模型
Model of Fatigue Dynamic Reliability of Mechanical Component Under Multi-stage Random Loads
【摘要】 针对机械零件承受的多级随机载荷,首先运用等强度退化量原理推导出多级随机载荷下的机械零件剩余强度模型,由此公式利用矩法得到剩余强度在随机载荷循环下的均值和方差。然后,利用得到的剩余强度均值和方差,基于满足正态分布的假设,根据一次二阶矩法计算出机械零件的动态疲劳可靠度。最后,通过算例说明了本文方法的可行性,实用性和有效性。
【Abstract】 For the mechanical component bearing multistage random loads,firstly the remnant strength model of mechanical component under multistage random loads is derived by the principle of equal strength degradation,the mean and variance of remnant strength under the random cycle loads is obtained by the moment method and the remnant strength model. Secondly,the dynamic fatigue reliability of the mechanical component is calculated. With the first order second moment method( FOSMM) based on the normal distribution assumptions. Finally,the feasibility,practicability and effectiveness of the method by a numerical example.
