无锡市2011-2013年艾滋病网络实验室检测数据分析

【摘要】 目的提高艾滋病检测实验室的工作质量,尽早发现HIV感染者/AIDS患者,降低迟发现比例。方法对无锡市艾滋病网络实验室中快速检测点,筛查、确认实验室通过国家"艾滋病综合防治信息系统"上报的实验室筛查数据,进行流行病学统计分析。结果无锡市134家HIV网络检测机构,2011年筛查阳性率为5.71/万、2012年为5.85/万、2013年为6.71/万。2011-2013年平均筛查确认阳性率居于前5位的样本来源,分别为阳性者配偶或性伴、专题调查、自愿咨询检测(VCT)、强制/劳教戒毒人员筛查、性病门诊筛查。3年迟发现比例为31.28%。结论无锡市快速筛查点的覆盖比例仍然偏低,迟发现比例仍然偏高,各筛查点的工作质量仍有待提高,在基层社区更好地开展HIV快检对于早期发现HIV阳性者具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the quality of AIDS detection laboratories in Wuxi,and find HIV infections and AIDS patients as early as possible to reduce the proportion of delayed finding.Methods Epidemiological analysis was employed for the reporting data of AIDS detection in Wuxi through rapid detection,screening and confirmation in national Information System of AIDS Prevention and Control.Results There were 134 HIV testing laboratories in Wuxi.The HIV screening positive rates from 2011 to 2013were 5.71/10 000,5.85/10 000 and 6.71/10 000,respectively.The top five sources of positive screening samples in order were spouses or sex partners of HIV infections,special investigations,voluntary counseling and testing(VCT),mandatory detention detoxification personnel and STD clinic attendant.The proportion of delayed finding was31.28%.Conclusion The coverage of HIV rapid screening point in Wuxi was still lower and the proportion of delayed finding was higher so that the quality of each HIV screening point remained to be improved.Carrying out the better work of HIV rapid testing in communities has great significance for early finding HIV-positive person.It is one of the important measures to curb the spread of AIDS in Wuxi.
