【摘要】 目的建立高效液相色谱仪-二极管阵列检测器法,测定美白祛斑化妆品中苯乙基间苯二酚的含量。方法样品用无水乙醇+水(1+1)超声提取后.经0.45μm滤膜过滤,用乙睛+0.1%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行洗脱,采用ZORBAX HC-C18色谱柱进行分离。结果以保留时问和紫外吸收光谱定性,以峰面积定量。平均回收率为88.3%~94.7%,相对标准偏差为1.85%~2.98%,最低检出浓度为0.011%。结论该法灵敏度高、准确度好,前处理简便、快速,适用于测定美白祛斑化妆品中苯乙基间苯二酚组分含量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective An analytical method for the determination of content of phenylethyl resorcinol in whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics by HPLC-DAD detector was established.Methods The samples were extracted by mixture of absolute ethyl alcohol and water(1+1),after the 0.45 um filtered,Acetonile+0.1% phosphoric acid solution(50+50)was used as the mobile phase and detected by photodiode array detector with the detection wave length of 280 nm.The components were separated on a Zorbax HC-C18column(250×4.6mm,5m).Results The average recoveries rates were ranged from 88.3%~94.7%.The relative standard deviations were 1.85%~2.98%and concentration limit was 0.011%.Conclusion A simple and rapid method for determination of cosmetics ingredients with high accuracy and precision.It is suitable to determination of content of phenylethyl resorcinol in whitening and freckle-removing cosmetics.更多还原
