【摘要】 学科馆员具有馆藏资源建设与发展、学科参考与咨询、用户信息素养教育、院系学科需求联络、学术深度支撑等职能。学科馆员制度起源与馆藏建设密切相关,在信息服务网络化、学术交流虚拟化的背景下,学科馆员的角色除继承以往的馆藏建设、参考咨询、院系联络外,更多增加的是对学术交流与教学科研活动的支撑功能,学科馆员的角色,已从学科为主的馆藏建设向学科为主的用户服务转变。这也是图书馆学科化知识服务实践的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Subject librarian has the function of collection construction, academic counseling, information literacy education, subject contact, academic support. Now in the background of the information service of the network and the virtual academic exchange, subject librarian role not only inherits the collection construction and the previous reference, faculty liaison, but also adds support function of academic exchange and research activities.
