【Abstract】 Nowadays,the problem of the management in urban river has aroused concern in some cities.Based on the SuperMap GIS platform,this paper presents a comprehensive informaiton service platform of moat water quality management and evaluation system which is developed by the program language of C#、JaveScript to protect the ancient moat in Jinzhou.The basis of this system is the information sharing service platform of pollution emergency and decision-making that can offer real time information with high quality in different directions and leves.As a result,it can provide auxiliary descision support for the department of water quality management and pollution emergency to choose the best scheme.更多还原
