【Abstract】 Food safety relates to people’s health and life safety. The sanitary conditions of food processing in rural areas are quite poor,because of lack of supervision,counterfeit and inferior food flood into rural food market, which does great harm to people’s health and social harmony and stability. Government should improve and perfect authoritative food and drug safety regulators,establish the most stringent supervision system covering the whole process,establish a food origin traceability system and quality identification system,so as to strenghten rural food safety management.更多还原
