全氢退火炉炉内气体流动与换热特性的数值模拟
Simulation of gas flow and heat transfer in the full hydrogen bell type annealing furnace
【摘要】 通过建立三维模型对全氢退火炉炉内循环气体的流动特性和换热特性展开研究。采用正交试验法研究保护气体的流量、炉内温度、钢卷外径3个因素对炉内各处对流换热的影响。结果表明,保护气体流量对炉内各处对流换热影响很大;随保护气体流量增加,炉内各处流量分配比例基本不变。
【Abstract】 Gas flow and heat transfer characteristics in the full hydrogen bell type annealing furnace were studied by three-dimensional model established. Effects of protective gas flow,temperature inside the furnace and steel strip diameter on the heat transfer characteristic in the furnace were investigated by orthogonal testing method. The results show that protective gas flow has the great impact on heat convection,and gas flow distribution proportion throughout the furnace mainly stable with the increasing of protective gas flow.
