GCr15轴承钢热轧态组织形态对最终热处理后碳化物的影响
Effect of hot rolled microstructural morphology on carbides of bearing steel after final heat treatment
【摘要】 通过对3种GCr15轴承钢盘条的热轧态组织、球化组织和最终淬火回火组织中的碳化物粒度进行比较,研究了GCr15轴承钢热轧组织形态对碳化物分布的影响。结果表明,GCr15轴承钢的热轧组织中珠光体均匀细小、片层间距均匀,具有良好的强韧性,最终可获得不大于0.8μm碳化物比率为97%的粒度分布。
【Abstract】 By analyzing the carbide size of hot rolled microstructure,spheroidized microstructure,and quenched and tempered microstructure of GCr15 bearing steel distribution of carbide,the effect of hot rolled microstructure on carbides distribution in 3 kinds of bearing steels was studied. The results show that hot rolled microstructure with fine pearlite and uniform lamellar structure which leads to good combination of strength and plasticity can ensure 97% carbides not more than 0. 8 μm.
