钢丝双浸镀Galfan合金涂覆层的显微组织
Microstructure of double-step hot-dipped Galfan coating on steel wire
【摘要】 相同条件下,采用双浸镀工艺制备3种不同规格的Galfan(Zn-5%Al-RE)合金涂覆层钢丝试样,采用扫描电镜、背散射电子、能谱仪研究了基体表面腐蚀形貌和涂覆层组织。结果表明,随浸锌时间从8.0 s增加到14.9 s,基体表面腐蚀由点状腐蚀转变为片状腐蚀;涂覆层组织由里及表可分为3层:界面层为FeAl3与Fe2Al5Znχ(χ<2)的混合组织,内层合金层为Fe2Al5Znχ(χ≥2)化合物,外层合金层为Zn-5%Al共晶组织。
【Abstract】 Three different size double-step hot-dipped Galfan coating samples were obtained under the same condition. The steel substrate surface corrosion morphology and Galfan coating microstructure were analyzed by SEM、BSE and EDS. The results show that the degree of substrate surface corrosion is increased with the dipping time from 8. 0 s to 14. 9 s. From inside to out surface,the Galfan coating was divided into three layers: the inner is interfacial layer which microstructure is composed of FeAl3 and Fe2Al5Znχ( χ <2),the intermediate layer is mainly composed of Fe2Al5Znχ( χ≥2),and the out surface layer is Zn-5%Al eutectic microstructure.
