2A14铝合金的固溶和形变组织
Solid solution and deformation microstructure of 2A14 aluminum alloy
【摘要】 采用X射线衍射、DSC、扫描电镜、透射电镜研究了固溶处理、冷轧、热轧对2A14铝合金微观组织的影响。结果表明,挤压态的2A14铝合金中主要有α-Al基体、Al2Cu相和少量的含Mn相,合金中粗大的沉淀相被挤碎且沿一定方向分布。2A14铝合金的固溶温度应低于其共晶转变温度509℃,固溶处理后的合金中Al2Cu相溶解,在基体上弥散分布着少量的棒状T相。固溶快冷后再经过轧制,合金中粗大的残留相被挤碎,且沿着轧制方向分布,热轧之后的合金在基体上析出了大量细小的沉淀相。
【Abstract】 Microstructure of 2A14 aluminum alloy under different conditions including solid solution,cold rolling and hot rolling,is studied by XRD,DSC,SEM and TEM. The results show that microstructure of the as-extruded 2A14 alloy consists of α-Al matrix,Al2 Cu phase and a small amount of Mn-containing phases and the coarse phases are broken and distributed in a certain direction. The optimized solution temperature for 2A14 alloy is about 500 ℃,which is a littler lower than its eutectic transformation temperature 509 ℃. After solution treatment,Al2 Cu dissolves into the matrix,and a small amount of rod-like T phase is dispersed in the matrix. The coarse phases in the alloy is broken by hot-rolling and the broken particles are distributed along the rolling direction. A lot of fine precipitated phases are founded in the hot-rolled specimens.
