小麦纹枯病抗性QTL遗传分析

【摘要】 以Niavt14和徐州25杂交的重组自交系遗传群体为材料,研究小麦纹枯病抗性QTL。通过3年表型数据分析,结合构建的重组自交系遗传图谱,共检测到3个与纹枯病抗性相关的QTL。其中,染色体2B上检测到2个,分别是Qses.jaas-2b1、Qses.jaas-2b2。Qses.jaas-2b1在连续2年田间接种鉴定中可解释5.46%和8.56%的表型变异,Qses.jaas-2b2在连续3年的田间纹枯病接种鉴定中可解释6.04%、8.10%、12.92%的表型变异。在染色体7D上检测到1个抗性QTL:Qses.jaas-7d,最高可解释11.25%的表型变异。说明与纹枯病抗性相关的QTLs有可能存在于小麦染色体2B和7D连锁群上。

【Abstract】 The RILs population was developed from the cross between Niavt14 and Xuzhou25 to study the resistance QTLs to sharp eyespot in wheat.Three resistance QTLs to sharp eyespot were detected using phenotypic data in three years and the genetic map constructed,among which,2 resistance QTLs,Qses.jaas-2b1 and Qses.jaas-2b2,were located on chromosome 2B.Qses.jaas-2b1 detected in field in two continuous years could explain 5.46% and 8.56% of the phenotypic variance,respectively,and Qses.jaas-2b2 detected in three continuous years were responsible for 6.04%,8.10% and12.92% of the phenotypic variance,respectively.Qses.jaas-7d detected on 7D chromosome could explain as high as11.25% of the phenotypic variance.The result indicated the QTLs associated with sharp eyespot resistance may exist on chromosomes 2B and 7D in wheat.
