烯啶虫胺对烟粉虱的作用方式与机制
Action modes and mechanisms of nitenpyram on Bemisia tabaci
【摘要】 为明确烯啶虫胺对烟粉虱的作用方式与机制,室内测定了不同处理方式下烟粉虱的死亡率及解毒酶活性。结果显示,烯啶虫胺对烟粉虱有较强的内吸活性和触杀作用,处理72 h后,2种方式的若虫和成虫的校正死亡率分别为90.60%、84.89%及79.90%、73.27%。半数致死浓度(LC50)剂量处理的烟粉虱成虫体内羧酸酯酶活性表现为可逆性抑制,处理24 h后羧酸酯酶活性与对照间无显著差异,处理48 h后羧酸酯酶活性显著高于对照;乙酰胆碱酯酶活性在处理后持续下降,36 h后达稳定状态,活力比值下降19.59%左右(P<0.05);谷光甘肽-S-转移酶活性随处理时间的增加而下降,处理48 h后,活力比值下降6.84%左右(P<0.05),表明烯啶虫胺毒杀烟粉虱的作用机理主要是抑制其乙酰胆碱酶活性。
【Abstract】 To figure out the action modes and mechanisms of nitenpyram on Bemisia tabaci,the mortality and detoxifying enzyme activities of B.tabaci with different treatments were measured.The results showed that nitenpyram generated intake transportation activity and contact toxicity against B.tabaci,and corrected mortalities of nymphs and adults were90.60% and 84.89%,79.90% and 73.27%,respectively.Nitenpyram at the dose of LC50 generated reversible inhibition against carboxylesterase in B.tabaci whose activity was insignificantly different from that of CK after 24 h treatment and was higher after 48 h.The activity of acetylcholinesterase in B.tabaci treated with nitenpyram decreased before 36 h,and its specific activity was decreased by 19.59%( P < 0.05) at last.The activity of glutathione-S-transferase decreased over time,and its specific activity decreased by 6.84%( P < 0.05) at 48 h.In conclusion,the toxic action of nitenpyram on Bemisia tabaci were realized through the inhibition against acetylcholinesterase.
