房间空调器稳态性能仿真

【摘要】 房间空调器制冷系统是一个复杂的多输入多输出系统,研究稳态运行时其部件参数对系统性能的影响即空调器稳态性能仿真,是装置优化设计的基础和前提。根据空调各部件的装置仿真用数学模型并综合考虑各部件之间的耦合关系,采用Modelica语言建立了空调稳态性能仿真模型库。基于上述模型库建立了反映各变量和系统性能关系的空调制冷系统仿真模型,在MWorks平台上进行仿真。仿真结果证明,模型可以用于对空调的参数优化,对空调整体性能的改进具有重要的意义。

【Abstract】 Room air- conditioner refrigerating system is a complex multi- input multi- output system. It is a premise to study its main parameters’ influence on the systematic steady performance for the optimization design of the air- conditioner. Based on the mathematical model used for air- conditioner simulation and an overall consideration on the main components’ internal coupling relationship,an air- conditioner steady performance model library is built by using Modelica. Then based on the library we can build an air- conditioner systematic refrigerating system model which can reflect the main variables’ relations with the systematic performance. Finally,the systematic simulation is carried out on the plateform of MWorks and the result is proved to be credible according to theoretical analysis. The systematic model can be used to study the air- conditioner’s parameter optimization,which is significant meaningful to improve the air- conditioner’s overall performance.
