考虑缺陷因素的角接触球轴承七自由度动力学模型
Seven degrees of freedom dynamic model of angular contact ball bearing with defects
【摘要】 针对传统角接触球轴承动力学模型考虑因素不全面和缺陷模拟方法不逼真等问题,建立考虑缺陷因素的角接触球轴承七自由度动力学模型,并提出一种缺陷模拟方法。首先考虑轴承反力非线性因素、赫兹接触理论和传递路径中的高频共振特点,建立角接触球轴承的七自由度动力学模型;然后提出缺陷模拟方法,引入缺陷和游隙连续性变化的关系,更真实地反映滚动体在缺陷凹坑内的真实运动轨迹,进而在动力学模型中得到缺陷的振动表征;最后通过角接触球轴承实验台对缺陷轴承进行振动测试,将实验结果和模型结果进行对比,验证了所建角接触球轴承七自由度动力学模型的正确性和有效性。
【Abstract】 To overcome the questions such as incomplete traditional angular contact ball bearing dynamic model and distorted defect simulation method,a 7Degrees Of Freedom(DOF)dynamic model and a defect simulation method were proposed.By considering the nonlinear bearing reaction forces,the Hertz elastic contact theory,the surface defect,the damping and the high frequency resonance,the 7DOF dynamic model was created to reveal the law of affection of defect on bearing dynamic and the vibration transfer process.The simulation method for local defects was presented,and the relation between the defect and continuous change of clearance was researched to reflect the surface profile shape,further more the vibration characteristics of defect was obtained from dynamic model.The vibration response was measured via bearing test rig,thus the differences and common points between the model calculation results and test results were contrasted to verify the validity and effectiveness of the proposed dynamic model which would be applied to theory research and practical engineering of bearings and machine tool spindle.
