【摘要】 介绍了FeSiAl磁粉芯的制备工艺,主要包括制粉方法、绝缘包覆、压制成型和热处理等环节。总结了各个环节的作用及对FeSiAl磁粉芯性能的影响。

【Abstract】 The article introduces the preparation of FeSiAl magnetic powder core,which mainly includes milling,insulation coating,pressing and heat treatment.Each process have been summarized respectively that have an impact on the property of FeSiAl magnetic powder core.
