CeO2粉体对激光熔覆Ni基合金层抗高温热震性能的影响
Effect of CeO2 powder on high temperature thermal shock resistance of Ni-based alloy coating by laser cladding
【摘要】 为了研究激光熔覆中添加纳米CeO2粉体对涂层抗高温热震性能的影响,采用压片预置式激光熔覆工艺,添加适量纳米CeO2粉体,利用NiCoCrAlY合金粉末在GH4037合金表面激光熔覆制备了Ni基合金涂层,对熔覆层进行了1070℃高温抗热震性能试验。结果表明,添加适量纳米CeO2粉体的Ni基合金激光熔覆涂层经1070℃10次高温热震循环后,其表面氧化膜由大面积的扩展剥落转变为小的单元剥落;经100次热震循环后,其涂层内氧化得到有效抑制,横切面上裂纹数量及尺寸均小于未加纳米粉体的涂层,且均未出现内部裂纹,其抗高温热震性能得到显著提高。
【Abstract】 In order to study the influence of the addition of nano-CeO2 powders on high temperature thermal shock resistance of Ni-based alloy coating by laser cladding. Ni-based alloy coating was prepared on GH4037 alloy by using NiCoCrAlY alloy powder,and the high temperature thermal shock resistance for the laser cladding coating was tested at 1070 ℃. The results show that the surface oxide film of the cladding coating with adding amount of nano-CeO2 powders is extended from a large area into a small unit peeling after high thermal shock cycles at 1070 ℃ for 10 times. After high thermal shock cycles for 100 times,internal oxidation of the coating is effectively suppressed,and the crack quantity and size along cross-section of the coating are less than that of coating without adding nano-powders,and internal cracks are not apparent and the high temperature thermal shock resistance of the laser cladding with nano-CeO2 powders is significantly improved.
