合金化温度对高强IF钢GA板镀层组织及性能的影响
Effect of galvannealing temperature on microstructure and properties of coating on galvannealed high strength IF steel
【摘要】 采用小脚掠射X射线衍射法、辉光放电光谱法、扫描电镜、60°弯曲试验及Tafel极化曲线测试法研究了不同合金化温度对工业生产条件下高强IF钢合金化热镀锌(GA)板镀层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随合金化温度升高,镀层中Fe含量增加,Γ相层厚度增加,抗粉化性能降低,而耐腐蚀性能提高;合金化温度在500℃时,镀层表面以粒状δ相为主,同时还有部分柱状ζ相;合金化温度在550℃和570℃时,镀层表面由致密的粒状δ相组成;表面致密的δ相及Γ相层厚度的增加有利于镀层的耐腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and properties of the coatings on industrially galvannealed high strength interstitial free( IF) steel with different galvannealing temperatures were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope( SEM),X-ray diffraction( XRD),glow discharge optical emission spectrometry( GDOES),60 degree V-bending test and Tafel polarization. The results show that with the galvannealing temperature increasing,the Fe content of coating and the thickness of Γ phases increase,the powdering resistance of the coating becomes weaker,while the corrosion resistance becomes better. When the galvannealing temperature is 500 ℃ and 520 ℃,the coatings surface is consist of δ and ζ phase while the majority of which is δ phase. When the temperature is 550 ℃ and 570 ℃,the surface of the coating is consist of δ phase. The compact δ and Γ phases are good for the corrosion resistance of the coating while bad for the powdering resistance.
