基于加工硬化率的高温合金Inconel 690动态再结晶临界条件
Critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization for super-alloy Inconel 690 based on work hardening rate
【摘要】 利用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,在变形温度为1000~1200℃、应变速率为1~80 s-1条件下进行恒温、恒应变速率的热压缩实验,测试了高温合金Inconel 690(IN690)的真应力—应变曲线。采用加工硬化率方法,研究了Inconel 690高温合金的动态再结晶临界条件,并引入Zener-Hollomn参数建立了材料的临界应变、临界应力、峰值应变和稳态应变的模型。采用加工硬化率方法确定的动态再结晶发生的临界应变值与Sellars提出的经验模型相吻合。
【Abstract】 The curves of true stress — true strain of super-alloy Inconel 690( IN690) were tested by thermal simulation on a Gleeble 3800simulator,for which the deformation temperature was in the range of 1000-1200 ℃ with strain rates of 1.0-80 s- 1.According to the experiment data,the critical conditions of dynamic recrystallization( DRC) of Inconel 690 alloy were investigated by method of strain hardening rate considering of Zener-Hollomn parameters( Z),the critical conditions models of dynamic recrystallization were established,such as model of critical strain,model of critical stress,model of peak strain and model of steady strain.The critical strain model which was established using strain hardening rate was in conformity with that of Sellar’s model.
