强磁场下Fe-0.47C-2.3Si-3.2Mn钢的高温等温相变动力学

【摘要】 研究了19.8 T强磁场下Fe-0.47C-2.3Si-3.2Mn中碳硅锰钢在共析点以上较高温度的珠光体等温相变过程。讨论了不同处理条件下所获得的组织形貌特征,并对相变动力学进行了定量、半定量的统计分析。结果表明:相比12 T磁场,19.8 T磁场使得磁诱发珠光体(MIP)相变可以在更高的温度发生;珠光体(P)中两相的形成速度不同,两组成相面积分数的比值处于动态变化中,强磁场下铁素体(F)具有快速生长优势,渗碳体(Cem)的形成速度滞后于铁素体;MIP中,随等温温度的升高,粒状珠光体相对于片状具有更大的增量。

【Abstract】 Pearlite isothermal transformation for Fe-0. 47C-2. 3Si-3. 2Mn medium carbon Si-Mn steel at higher temperatures above the eutectoid point with 19. 8 T high magnetic field was investigated. The microstructural features of the samples treated by different isothermal processes were discussed,and the phase transformation kinetics was analyzed quantitatively and semi-quantitatively. The results show that, compared with 12 T magnetic field,the magnetic induced pearlite( MIP) transformation can occur at higher temperatures under 19. 8 T magnetic field. The growth rates of two constituent phases in pearlite( P) are different,and the area fraction ratio of two phases is in a dynamic change during the evolution of pearlite. Under strong magnetic field,ferrite( F) can grow at a faster speed compared with cementite( Cem). During MIP,spheroidal pearlite part has a more increment than lamella pearlite part with the elevation of isothermal temperatures.
