喷射成形8009铝合金塑性变形行为及组织
Plastic deformation behavior and microstructure of spray forming 8009 aluminum alloy
【摘要】 采用Gleeble-1500热模拟机对喷射成形8009耐热铝合金进行热压缩试验研究,观察该合金在热压缩变形中的流变应力行为。通过透射电镜对压缩合金的组织进行观察,X射线衍射仪对合金中的相进行确定。结果表明,喷射成形8009耐热铝合金是正应变速率敏感材料。在应变速率为0.01 s-1、应变温度为420℃条件下,材料的正应力水平在110~130 MPa范围内,因此在420℃下进行热加工时,施加的应力应当高于130 MPa。沉积态8009耐热铝合金分别在380℃、420℃、460℃,0.01 s-1的应变速率压缩后,合金中的相相近,主要包括α-Al和体心立方结构的α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si相,同时合金中还包含少量的θ-Al13Fe4相,Al9FeSi3相和Al12Fe3Si相。
【Abstract】 The hot compression tests of spray forming 8009 heat-resistant aluminum alloys were carried out by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation machine,the flow stress behavior of the alloys during hot compression deformation was observed.The microstructure of compressed alloys was observed by transmission electron microscopy,and X-ray diffraction was used to determine the phase of the alloy.The results show that the spray forming 8009 heat-resistant aluminum alloy is positive strain rate sensitive material.When the strain rate is 0.01 s-1and the strain temperature is 420 ℃,stress level of the material is in the range of 110 ~ 130 MPa.Therefore,thermal processing under 420 ℃,the applied stress should be higher than 130 MPa.The deposit 8009 heat-resistant aluminum alloys were compressed at 380 ℃,420 ℃,460 ℃ with the strain rate of 0.01 s-1,the phases in the alloy are similar,the deposited alloys mainly include α-Al and body-centered cubic structure α-Al12(Fe,V)3Si phase,while the alloys also contain a small amount of θ-Al13Fe4phase,Al9FeSi3phase and Al12Fe3Si phase.
