铬微合金化重载车轮钢力学性能及摩擦磨损性能
Mechanical and frictional wear properties of chromium microalloyed heavy haul wheel steel
【摘要】 采用Gleeble-3500热/力模拟试验机、MMS-2A型摩擦磨损试验机及光学显微镜、扫描电镜研究了两种含铬(0.02%、0.24%)微合金高碳重载车轮钢的高温力学性能和摩擦磨损性能,分析了热处理温度对试验钢组织及性能的影响。结果表明,铬元素含量为0.24%的高碳重载车轮钢硬度高,强度、塑性及耐磨性能好;热处理温度在840℃时试验钢的铁素体体积分数最大,强度和塑性最好。
【Abstract】 High temperature mechanical properties and frictional wear properties of two chromium microalloyed high carbon steels( 0. 02% Cr and 0. 24% Cr) were studied by means of optical micoscopy,SEM,tensile test and wear test on a Gleeble-3500 thermo-mechanical simulator and MMS-2A friction and wear tester. The influence of heat treatment temperature on microstructure and properties of the two test steels were analyzed. The results show that the test steel with 0. 24% Cr has higher performance in hardness,strength,plasticity and wear-resistance. At heating temperature of 840 ℃,the two test steels have largest volume fraction of ferrite,and exhibit highest strength and plasticity.
