BaO含量对粉煤灰制备硅灰石微晶玻璃的影响
Effect of BaO content on wollastonite glass-ceramics from coal fly-ash
【摘要】 采用烧结法制备了CaO-Al2O3-SiO2系粉煤灰微晶玻璃。利用X射线衍射测试了微晶玻璃晶相类型,利用电子探针-能谱分析法研究了晶相组成、组织结构及玻璃基体中的氧硅比。结果表明,BaO质量分数由2%增加到5.77%时,氧硅比值由2.80增加到2.91;提高氧硅比降低硅氧四面体网络的连接程度,降低高温粘度及烧结终止温度。微晶玻璃含有单一的硅灰石衍射峰,微晶玻璃中晶相的EDS能谱中只包含Ca、Si、O 3种元素,其相应的原子比值接近1∶1∶3,化学表达式为CaSiO3;BaO含量变化没有改变微晶玻璃主晶相的种类,均为单一的硅灰石晶体。
【Abstract】 CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass-ceramics was prepared by sintering method from coal fly-ash.The crystal phase type was examined by Xray diffraction analysis.The phase composition,glass-ceramics microstructure,oxygen-silicon ratio of glass matrix were investigated by electron probe microanalysis-energy dispersive spectrometer analysis.The results show that oxygen-silicon ratio of matrix increases from 2.80 to 2.91 when the content of BaO increases from 2% to 5.77%.The network connection of the silicon-oxygen tetrahedron,high temperature viscosity and final sintering temperature are reduced with the increasing oxygen-silicon ratio.There is an only wollastonite in the glass-ceramics,and three elements including only Ca,Si and O exist in crystal phase by EDS analysis.The atomic ratio of those elements closes to 1∶ 1∶ 3,for which the chemical formula can be as CaSiO3.Therefore,the changes of BaO content have no effect on the main crystal phase type of the glass-ceramics,in which the wollastonite is the single crystal phase.
