【摘要】 目的:探讨脑红蛋白(Ngb)在多种人肿瘤细胞系/株的表达及意义。方法:采用逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)及细胞免疫荧光检测人神经母细胞瘤(SH-SY5Y)、胶质母细胞瘤(U87、U118)、肝癌细胞(BEL-7402)、胃癌细胞(MKN-45)、结肠癌细胞(HCT-116)、肺癌细胞(A549)和宫颈癌细胞(Hela)等细胞系/株中脑红蛋白的表达。结果:脑红蛋白mRNA和蛋白在以上检测的细胞系/株都有阳性表达。结论:脑红蛋白在多种人肿瘤细胞系均有表达,基于脑红蛋白的生物学功能,脑红蛋白可能对肿瘤细胞的氧利用及能量代谢等有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the expression and effect of neuroglobin(Ngb) in some of human tumor cells.Methods:The expression of Ngb in human neuroblastoma cell(SH-SY5Y),glioblastoma cell(U87 and U118),hepatoma carcinoma cell(BEL-7402),gastric carcinoma cell(MKN-45),colon carcinoma cell(HCT-116),lung cancer cell(A549) and cervical cancer cell(Hela) was examined by using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and immunofluorescence method.Results:The expressions of Ngb mRNA and protein were positive in all of the detected human tumor cell lines.Conclusion:Based on the potential biological functions of Ngb,the expression of Ngb in human tumor cells suggests that Ngb may play an important role in the oxygen utilization and energy metabolism of tumor cells.更多还原
