【摘要】 目的:探讨辽宁汉族成人身体围度特征。方法:采取分层整群抽样方法,对1 458名(城市480,乡村978)辽宁汉族成人头水平围、颈围、平静胸围、吸气胸围、呼气胸围、腹围、臀围、上臂围、前臂围、上臂最大围、大腿围、小腿围12项指标进行测量并与我国其他族群进行比较,对辽宁汉族身体围度特征进行了初步分析。结果:辽宁汉族成人在20~岁组各项身体围度值都处于增长状态,30~岁组以后头水平围及四肢围度值呈下降趋势。颈围及胸部围度值呈上升趋势。腹围,臀围总体呈增长趋势。城乡间比较,在60~岁组差异明显。体型分析城市男性矮胖型60%、乡村男性矮胖型51%、城市女性矮胖型46.3%、乡村女性矮胖型46.6%。年龄组间围度值的差异主要表现在20~岁组与其他年龄组间。聚类分析显示,与我国其他族群比较,辽宁汉族成人各项围度值接近北方族群。结论:辽宁汉族成人60~岁组围度值城乡存在差异性,辽宁汉族体型矮胖型居多,围度值更接近北方族群。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the circumference characteristics of Liaoning Han nationality adults.Methods:12 girth items of 1 458 adults of Liaoning Han nationality(480 urban adults,978 rural adults),including head circumference,neck circumference,chest circumference,chest circumference at inspiration,chest circumference at expiration,abdominal circumference,hip circumference,thigh circumference,calf circumference,biceps circumference,forearm circumference,biceps contract circumference were measured with Stratified cluster sampling methods and compared with the other ethnic groups in China.The circumference characteristics of Liaoning Han nationality adults were analyzed.Results:Liaoning Han nationality adult was in a state of growth in the 20-year old group of various body circumference values.The 30-year old group maximum circumference of the head and limb circumference values decreased.The value of neck girth and chest girth was in an upward trend.The value of abdominal circumference and hip circumference was in a downward trend.The differences between urban and rural areas,in 60-year old group were of great significance.Shape analysis results:male stout men squat type was 60%,the city or the country 51%,urban women dumpy 46.6%,and rural women dumpy type 46.3%.The circumference values in the 20-year group were significantly different from those of the other age groups.Clustering analysis showed that,compared with other ethnic groups in China,the value of Liaoning Han adult was close to that of the northern ethnic groups.Conclusion:There exists difference in the surrounded degree value of Liaoning Han nationality adults aged 60 years between urban and rural areas.The type size is stout in the majority,and the circumference degree value is closer to the north.更多还原
