急性呼吸性酸碱平衡紊乱时量化肾调节作用的数学模型
The mathematical model of quantitative regulation of renal acute respiratory acid-base balance disturbance
【摘要】 目的应用数学原理阐明在急性呼吸性酸碱平衡紊乱时,肾参与代偿调节的作用,为进一步研究提供一种简便方法。方法将定义为肾代偿调节的"顺应性",并以此为因变量,以为自变量,建立拟合曲线方程。结果分别绘制出急性呼吸性酸、碱中毒时,顺应性的变化范围图,并以此建立拟合曲线方程,计算出方程变化率。结论本研究结果为定量研究肾的代偿机制提供新的理论依据。
【Abstract】 Objective The mathematical principle in acute respiratory acid-base balance disturbance was applied to clarify the effect of renal involvement compensatory adjustment and provide a simple method for further study.Methods To establish the curve fitting equation, is defined as "compliance" of renal compensatory adjustment and dependent variable, and is defined as independent variable. Results The figures of the alteration range of compliance in the acute respiratory acid-base poisoning were drawn successfully, in the basis of the figures the fitting curve equation was established, the alteration rate of equation was calculated out. Conclusion The present study would provide new theoretical basis for the quantitative study of renal compensatory mechanism.
