【摘要】 目的观察瑞舒伐他汀对低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)轻度增高的高血压病患者动脉硬化的疗效。方法选取LDL-C轻度升高的高血压患者189例,随机分为瑞舒伐他汀组、阿托伐他汀组及对照组,每组63例,其中对照组仅给予降压治疗,其余2组在降压治疗的基础上给予相应他汀药物治疗,观察3组患者给药前1周,给药后3个月、6个月颈动脉内-中膜厚度(Intima-media thickness,IMT)的变化。结果给药后3个月3组患者的颈动脉IMT变化无明显差异(P>0.05),给药后6个月各药物组颈动脉IMT明显低于对照组(P<0.05),而药物治疗组之间颈动脉IMT无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论对LDL-C轻度升高的高血压患者应用瑞舒伐他汀及阿托伐他汀治疗均可显著改善颈动脉硬化的发生,两者他汀药物之间疗效无明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of rosuvastatin on the occurrence of atherosclerosis in patients with essential hypertension accompanied by slightly increased LDL-C.Methods 189 hypertensive patients were selected with slightly increased LDL-C,and randomly divided into rosuvastatin,atorvastatin group and the control group,63 cases in each group.The control group was given only to antihypertensive treatment,and the remaining2 two groups were given corresponding drug treatment on the basis of the antihypertensive treatment.The IMT of carotid artery was measured before 1 week,3 months and 6months after the group.Results After 3 months of follow-up,carotid artery IMT changes in three groups of patients had no significant difference(P>0.05).After 6 months the carotid artery IMT of the drug treatment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0. 05),but it was no significant difference between the drug treatment group(P>0.05).Conclusion Rosuvastatin treatment can significantly reduce the occurrence of atherosclerosis in hypertension patients with slightly increased LDL-C.The effect on the occurrence of atherosclerosis in patients is no significant difference between rosuvastatin and atorvastatin.更多还原
