金乡大蒜秸秆浸提液对黄瓜灰霉病菌抑制效果的研究

【摘要】 利用水提法获得苗期、抽薹前及抽薹后的金乡大蒜秸秆浸提液对黄瓜灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)进行抑制效果的研究,以了解金乡大蒜秸秆浸提液的抑菌作用,为解决废弃的大蒜秸秆问题提供参考.试验采用2因素多水平3个重复的随机区组设计,用方差分析方法分析数据.结果表明,与对照比较,苗期和抽薹前及抽薹后的金乡大蒜秸秆浸提液对黄瓜灰霉病菌生长都有极显著的抑制作用;苗期和抽薹前秸秆浸提液质量浓度分别达到60mg/ml和140mg/ml时黄瓜灰霉病菌生长被完全抑制;抽薹后的秸秆浸提液在质量浓度为140mg/ml时没有出现黄瓜灰霉病菌生长被完全抑制的现象,在20mg/ml至140mg/ml之间对黄瓜灰霉病病菌生长的抑制效果无显著差异,但与对照比较,在浸提液质量浓度20mg/ml时黄瓜灰霉病病菌菌落直径则显著的短小.

【Abstract】 The inhibition effects on garlic straw aqueous extracts from Jinxiang garlic straw on Botrytis cinerea of cucumber were studied to providing the references for solving the problem of the wasted garlic straw, with the experimental design of randomized block of two factors and more levels,with 3 duplicates.The method of data analysis variance was used. The results showed that there existed significant inhibition effects on the mycelia growth of Botrytis cinerea of cucumber with the extracts from garlic straw aqueous in garlic bolt, before bolting and after bolting from Jinxiang garlic straw, comparing with the checks. The inhibition effect to mycelia growth in cucumber reached 100%, when the concentration of garlic straw aqueous extracts increased to 60mg/ml, 140mg/ml in garlic bolt and before bolting, respectively. There was no 100% with extracts from garlic straw aqueous after bolting by the concentration of 140mg/ml.The differences of inhibitive effects on mycelia growth were no significant with extracts from garlic straw aqueous after bolting by the concentration from 20mg/ml to 140mg/ml. The colony diameter of Botrytis cinerea of cucumber with extracts from garlic straw aqueous after bolting by the concentration from 20mg/ml was significant shorter than that of checks.
