【摘要】 基于山东省17地市660家养猪场户的调查数据,采用描述性分析法,从内容、效用和需求三方面分析养猪场户对生猪扶持政策的认知状况。结果表明:受访养猪场户对具象生猪扶持政策的认知状况较好,如生猪良种补贴和能繁母猪补贴,而对抽象生猪扶持政策的认知状况较差,如生猪调出大县奖励、生产预警监测与信息发布等;生猪扶持政策的效用主要体现在稳定价格、提高积极性和规避风险等方面,职能部门落实政策过程中存在着细节宣讲不够、传达不及时、补助发放不足额等问题;受访养猪场户对生猪收购保护价、饲料补贴和育肥猪保险补助等政策有较强烈的需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using descriptive analysis method,the awareness of pig-raising households or farms on the contents,effectiveness and demand of pig support policies is analyzed based on survey data from 660 pig-raising households or farms in Shandong Province.Study shows that,pig-raising households or farms are better aware of the specific policies while they are not so clear about the abstract policies is poorer.Effective pig support policies lead to stable prices,increased motivation and risk aversion.The lack of detailed publicity,transmission delay and delayed payment of subsidies are the main problems in policy implementation.There are strong demands for pig purchase price protection,feed subsidies and fattening pig insurance subsidies.更多还原
