【摘要】 目的:探讨LC-DCP经皮微创治疗胫骨骨折临床疗效情况。方法:分析30例胫骨骨折患者的临床资料,依据固定治疗措施不同进行临床分组,普通钢板组10例和LC-DCP组20例。结果:LC-DCP组手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间均优于普通钢板组,LC-DCP组胫骨平台骨折患者术后恢复的优良率高于普通钢板组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:LC-DCP经皮微创治疗胫骨骨折创伤小,恢复效果好,值得临床借鉴应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach clinical effects of treatment tibial fracture in percutaneous minimally invasive by LC- DCP. Method To analyze 30 cases clinical data of 30 cases of tibial fracture patients,which was to be divided into two group,common steel plate group of10 cases and LC- DCP group of 20 cases. Results The operation time、Intraoperative blood loss、fracture healing time of LC- DCP group were better than common steel plate group,the rate of good postoperative recovery of LC- DCP group were better than common steel plate group,the difference was statistical significance( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The Tibial fractures trauma of treatment tibial fracture in percutaneous minimally invasive by LC- DCP is small,restoration effect is good,which is to be used.更多还原
