【摘要】 目的:探讨吸烟对血液流变学各项指标的影响。方法:选择进行体检的613人,进行问卷调查,并检测血液流变学。结果:吸烟者的全血黏度低切变率、全血黏度中切变率、全血黏度高切变率、红细胞比容、全血还原黏度高切变率、红细胞刚性指数均高于不吸烟者,吸烟者的红细胞沉降率、红细胞沉降率方程K值、红细胞电泳指数低于不吸烟者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟引起血液黏度增高,主要的影响因素是红细胞比容增高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of smoking on hemorheological parameters.Methods Selected 613 people,who came to the examination center for medical examination,to carriy on questionnaire survey,and test the blood rheology.Results Smokers’ whole blood viscosity at low shear rate,whole blood viscosity at Moderate shear rate,whole blood viscosity at high shear rate,hematocrit,Whole blood viscosity reduction of high shear rate,erythrocyte rigidity index are higher than those of non-smokers.Smokers’ ESR,equation K value,erythrocyte electrophoresis index are lower than those of non-smokers.The difference is statistical significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Smoking causes increased blood viscosity.The main factor is the increased hematocrit.更多还原
