【摘要】 目的:探讨G6PD缺乏症孕妇产前服用苯巴比妥预防新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:对优生遗传咨询门诊G6PD检查阳性的孕妇100例。随机抽取其中50例作为观察组,在产前给予小剂量苯巴比妥(30 mg/日)进行预防用药;对照组50例,未服用苯巴比妥。产后对这100例新生儿进行G6PD检查,对G6PD检查阳性的新生儿观察其黄疸发生情况。结果:产前预防性服用小剂量苯巴比妥的G6PD缺乏症新生儿与未干预的新生儿,两组发生新生儿黄疸的几率有高度显著性差异。结论:G6PD缺乏症孕妇产前服用苯巴比妥对预防新生儿黄疸疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of prevention of neonatal jaundice for pregnant women with G6 PD deficiency to take luminal prenatally. Method To analyze the clinical positive data of 100 cases of pregnant women with G6 PD deficiency at the Prepotency Counseling Clinic. 50 cases of observation group who were randomly selected from 100 cases took small doses of luminal prenatally in terms of preventive use while the other 50 do not. And to observe the positive cases of neonatal jaundice through G6 PD examination on the100 newborns. Results There were greatly obvious differences in the odds of neonatal jaundice between the two groups of newborns of G6 PD deficiency with and without small doses of luminal prenatally. Conclusion The efficacy of prevention of neonatal jaundice for pregnant women with G6 PD deficiency is definite.更多还原
