【摘要】 目的:观察高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生牙的临床治疗效果。方法:对269例下颌近中低位水平前倾阻生牙采用高速涡轮钻切削去除阻力,在无阻力的情况下,顺着牙根方向拔除阻生牙。结果:高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生明显减少手术创伤,缩短拔牙时间,减少术后并发症。结论:高速涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生牙,手术创伤小、时间短、术后不良反应轻,减轻患者对锤凿的恐惧心理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the high speed turbine drill chin maxillary teeth pulling the clinical treatment effect.Methods 269 cases of mandible in low level leaning close maxillary teeth adopting high speed turbine drill cutting remove resistance,is no resistance in the cases,pulling down the root direction maxillary teeth.Results High speed turbine drill chin pulling maxillary significantly reduce surgical trauma,shorten the time,reduce the tooth postoperative complication.Conclusion High speed turbine drill jaw teeth pulling maxillary operation trauma,small,the time is short,the adverse reaction of light,reduce the patients to hammer the cut fears.更多还原
