【摘要】 目的:探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)在儿童细菌感染性疾病中的应用价值。方法:选取感染性疾病患儿98例进行PCT、CRP水平的检测,并进行统计学分析。全部病例于入院治疗前使用药物前测定血清PCT、CRP水平。结果:降钙素原是用于细菌感染性疾病的诊断和治疗检测的一项重要指标,可以提高临床诊断的正确率。其是判断细菌感染非细菌感染敏感性及特异性均较理想的生物学指标,较CRP在判断早期是否存在细菌感染更有价值。结论:PCT检查在儿童合理应用抗生素中具有很好的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the changes of serum procalcitonin( PCT) in the application value of disease in children with bacterial infection. Methods To select 98 patients with bacterial infection from Apri 2012 to March 2013 in Pediatrics to detection of PCT,CRP levels,and statistical analysis。All the patients serum PCT,CRP level before treatment and drug using. Results Procalcitonin is an important indicator used for the diagnosis and treatment of bacterial infectious disease detection,which can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis. It is an ideal biological indicator for sensitivity and specificity in the judgement of bacterial infection and non bacterial.
