【摘要】 目的:观察重组人血小板生成素(rhTPO)治疗儿童免疫性血小板减少性紫癜的临床疗效。方法:12例免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿皮下注射rhTPO 300 U/kg?d,疗程14 d或血小板>80×109/L后停药,动态观察患者血常规。结果:12例患儿rhTPO治疗后,完全反应(CR)8例,有效(R)2例,无效(NR)2例。用药前血小板平均值为14.4×109/L,治疗后血小板计数平均最高值为118.9×109/L,与用药前比较差异有统计学意义(t=4.28,P<0.01)。患儿对药物耐受良好,未见不良反应。结论:rhTPO治疗免疫性血小板减少性紫癜具有良好的疗效,近期无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of recombinant human thrombopoietin(rhTPO) on children with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods 12 patients with ITP were administered with rhTPO subcutaneously at 300 U/(kg·d) for 14 days or until the platelet count>80×109/L.Blood routine was dynamically examined.Results Out of 12 patients with ITP 8 cases showed complete response and 2 cases showed good response and 2 cases showed no response to the treatment with rhTPO.The peak platelet count after treatment was 118.9×109/L,signifiantly higher than the mean platelet count 14.4×109/L before treatment(t=4.28,P<0.01).Conclusion The rhTPO is safe and efficacy in the treatment of children ITP without obvious adverse reaction in short term.更多还原
