【摘要】 目的:探讨对流浪精神分裂症患者实施健康教育之后对生活自理能力、自知力、治疗效果以及服药依从性的影响。方法:选择100例流浪精神分裂症患者为研究对象,将其按照1:1的比例随机的分为对照组于研究组,每组50例,分别给予两组患者常规的治疗和护理,研究组患者在此基础上增加健康教育训练,对两组患者在治疗前及治疗后的12周、24周末采用简明精神疾病量表(BPRS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、自知力与治疗态度问卷(ITAQ)、服药依从性进行评定。结果:两组患者在接受治疗之后,两组患者在生活自理能力、治疗效果、自知力以及服药依从性上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对流浪精神分裂症患者进行健康教育,能够有效有效地提升其生活自理能力、自知力、治疗效果以及服药依从性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the homeless patients with schizophrenia after the implementation of health education on life selfcare ability,self-knowledge,treatment effect and the influence of medication adherence.Methods Choose 100 stray schizophrenia patients as the research object,it shall,in accordance with the 1:1 proportion randomly divided into control group in the team,each group of 50 cases of patients,respectively,two groups of patients’ routine treatment and nursing of patients with team on the basis of increased health education training,before and after treatment in patients with two groups of 12,24 weekend with brief psychiatric scale(BPRS),daily life ability scale(ADL),self-knowledge and treatment attitude questionnaire(ITAQ),medication adherence to assess.Results two groups of patients after treatment,two groups of patients with self-care ability,in life on the treating effect,self-knowledge and medication adherence all have significant difference,statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education on homeless patients with schizophrenia,can effectively improve their ability to care for life,self-knowledge,the effect of treatment and medication compliance.更多还原
