【摘要】 目的:观察非那雄胺对经尿道前列腺电切术术中出血的临床治疗效果。方法:选择进行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者239例,随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组118例,除常规手术过程之外,不采取其他治疗手段;观察组121例,在常规手术过程的基础上,让患者在手术前1周到手术前口服非那雄胺。通过术前及术后的血常规检查及冲洗液的实验室检查,来判断患者手术期间的出血情况。结果:两组手术均获得成功,对照组患者围手术期的平均出血量为(197.1±43.6)ml,观察组患者围手术期的平均出血量为(134.5±27.1)ml,两组患者围手术期的出血量比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在手术前对患者施用非那雄胺,可以较为有效地降低经尿道前列腺电切术围手术期的出血量,对于增加患者手术期间的安全性有非常重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical finasteride treatment transurethral resection of bleeding.Methods 239 cases of patients performed transurethral resection were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.118 cases in the control group,in addition to conventional surgical procedures,does not take other treatments;observation group 121 cases,on the basis of conventional surgical procedure on the patient before surgery the week before surgery to oral finasteride.Preoperative and postoperative blood tests and flushing fluid laboratory tests,to determine the patient bleeding during surgery.Results The operations were successful,the average amount of bleeding in patients with perioperative control group was(197.1±43.6) ml,the average amount of bleeding in patients with perioperative observation group was(134.5±27.1) ml,two groups of patients undergoing surgery bleeding of the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Administering to the patient before surgery finasteride,can be more effective in reducing transurethral resection of perioperative bleeding,increased safety for patients during surgery has a very important value.更多还原
