【摘要】 目的:探讨熊去氧胆酸胶囊和水飞蓟宾胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的成本和疗效。方法:将诊治的70例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,观察组给予熊去氧胆酸胶囊,250 mg/次,3次/d。对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊,70 mg/次,3次/d,疗程6个月。观察两组患者治疗前后ALT、AST、γ-GT、TC、TG和彩超的变化,并分析两种治疗药物各自的总费用。结果:两组患者治疗后ALT、AST、γ-GT、TC、TG和彩超表现均较治疗前有明显改善。两组间治疗后的指标比较,观察组γ-GT的改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),其他指标的改善程度两组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总费用高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:使用熊去氧胆酸胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪肝治疗效果优于水飞蓟宾,但治疗费用高于后者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the cost and efficacy of NAFLD treated by ursodesoxycholic acid and silibinin. Methods 70 cases of NAFLD in our hospital were divided into observation group with 35 cases and control group with 35 cases. The patients in observation group were treated by Ursodeoxycholic Acid,250 mg,3 Tid. The patients in control group were treated by Silibinin Capsules,70 mg,3 Tid. All the treatment courses were 6 months. The change of ALT,AST,γ-GT,TC、TG and color doppler ultrasound before and after treatment in two groups were observed. The treatment costs of two groups were analyzed. Results The ALT,AST,γ-GT,TC、TG and color doppler ultrasound were significantly improved after treatment in two groups. The improvement of γ-GT in observation group was significantly than control group( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference on other index( P > 0. 05). The treatment costs of observation group was higher than control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The treatment effect of Ursodeoxycholic Acid on NAFLD was better than Silibinin,but the cost of Ursodeoxycholic Acid was higher than Silibinin.更多还原
