【摘要】 目的:分析手术室护士关怀能力现状,比较不同年龄,不同护龄,不同职称护士关怀能力的差异,为提高手术室护士关怀能力提出培养策略。方法:采用Nkongho设计的关怀能力评价量表对我院100名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果:调查对象关怀能力总分为(188.82±19.47)分,分值低于常模;不同年龄、不同护龄、不同职称护士分别在关怀总分、勇气、耐心维度上的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中主管护师,护龄≥16年,年龄>36岁的护士关怀能力最高。结论:手术室护士整体关怀能力不足、职称、护龄、年龄都对关怀能力有影响,护理管理者应针对不同背景的护士提出培养策略,提高护士的关怀能力,保证手术室护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the current status of caring ability among nurses in operating room. to compare caring ability among nurses with different professional titles and working times,to put forward training strategies for enhancing nurses’ caring ability. Method A total of 100 nurses in operating room were investigated using Caring Ability Inventory(CAI). Results The gross score on CAI was 188. 82 ± 19. 47. The nurses showed lower level of caring ability than foreign norms of CAI. the nurse with different professional titles,working times,professional titles had significant difference in the total of caring ability,courage and patience dimensions(P < 0. 05). the nurse-in-charge,working time more than 16 years,and age > 36 had the highest score.
