【摘要】 目的:探讨分析胆囊切除治疗胆囊结石的临床治疗效果。方法:选择进行临床治疗的胆囊结石患者96例,分为试验组与对照组,每组48例。试验组进行小切口胆囊切除术,对照组患者采用常规开腹切除胆囊,比较两组的治疗效果以及术后恢复状况。结果:对两组患者在手术需用时间、手术中的出血量、平均住院时间三方面进行对比。发现试验组表现均优于对照组(P<0.05)。且试验组伴随的并发症发生率为4.2%,显著低于对照组(14.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小切口胆囊切除术应用于胆囊切除患者临床效果显著优于开腹。使用该种手术方法发生的并发症也要明显减少,具有临床上推广意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical analysis cholecystectomy treatment of gallstones.Methods A retrospective analysis conducted the clinical treatment of patients with gallstones 96 cases,using the method of randomization group,48 cases were divided into experimental group and a control group of 48 cases.Experimental groups:small incision cholecystectomy.For the control group were treated with conventional open cholecystectomy,comparing the two groups of treatment and postoperative recovery situation.Results The two groups of patients required surgery time,intraoperative bleeding volume,average length of stay were compared in three areas.Found that the performance of the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).And complications associated with the experimental group was 4.2%,significantly lower than the control group(14.6%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The small incision cholecystectomy applied to clinical effect in patients with cholecystectomy was significantly better than open surgery.Use this kind of surgical complications occurred also significantly reduced,with the clinical significance.更多还原
