【摘要】 目的:观察复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血的疗效。方法:应用以复方樟柳碱为主的药物治疗手段治疗前房积血80例,对积血吸收的时间,视力恢复情况等进行观察。结果:前房积血I级者45眼(56.25%),积血吸收平均时间72 h/3 d,Ⅱ级者15眼(18.75%),积血吸收平均时间为120 h/5 d,Ⅲ级者20眼(25.0%),积血吸收平均时间为216 h/9 d。80眼前房积血75眼治愈,视力或纠正视力达1.0以上,治愈率93.75%。结论:复方樟柳碱治疗前房积血,积血吸收快,无明显不良反应。更多还原
