【摘要】 目的:考察根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)与治疗痘疹样胃炎(VG)之间的相关关系。方法:选择经检测患有痘疹样胃炎而且携带幽门螺杆菌的患者150例,对所有人进行统一治疗。根据其幽门螺杆菌的根除效果,将患者中根除幽门螺杆菌的归为观察组,其他人归为对照组。对比两组的痘疹样胃炎治疗的有效率。结果:观察组的例数为96例,对照组为54例。观察组的痘疹样胃炎治疗有效率为91.67%(88/96),明显比另一组的42.59%(23/54)要高。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:幽门螺杆菌的根除与治疗痘疹样胃炎有着密切关系。应把根除幽门螺杆菌作为治疗痘疹样胃炎的一种有效辅助手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Observe the correlation between eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and treatment of Varioliform Gastritis(VG).Methods There were 150 cases who were the carriers of Helicobacter pylori and got the VG at the same time.All of them were treated in the same way,and then divided them into different groups according to degree of eradication.The people who were eradicated with Hp were classified as observation group,and the others as control group.Compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups.Results There were 96 people in observation group and 54 people in control group.The treatment efficiency of VG in observation group is 91.67%(88/96),which is higher than the 42.59%(23/54) of control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The eradication of Hp has a close relationship with the treatment of VG.Hp eradication should be used as an effective supplementary way of treating VG.更多还原
