【摘要】 糖皮质激素(glucocorticoid,GC)在儿科多种疾病的治疗中有广泛的应用。但是骨质疏松、自发性骨折甚至骨坏死是应用GC带来的严重并发症,而GC诱导的骨质疏松(glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,GIOP)也日益为儿科医师所重视。文中就GIOP的流行病学特点、发病机制、临床特征、诊断、治疗及预防作一综述,主要介绍其主要的影像学检查方法及诊断标准,总结疾病治疗、疾病预防的研究进展,阐述合理用药、早期预防、及时治疗的重要性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the treatment of pediatric diseases,corticosteroids( GC) have a wide range of applications. However,osteoporosis,spontaneous fractures and bone necrosis are serious complications caused by GC,and GC-induced osteoporosis( GIOP) is paid increasing attention by pediatricians. This review summaries the epidemiological characteristics,pathogenesis,clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prevention researches of GIOP. We introduce its main imaging methods,diagnostic criteria,summary the treatment and prevention of the disease,and explain the importance of rational drug use,early prevention,and timely treatment.更多还原
